Hunter Industries has an informed, trained and empowered work force which is key to our continued growth and success. The company has always been known as a warm and friendly company whose internal members, teamed with our field sales representatives, serve the needs of our customers throughout the world. Our policies and programs are designed to make working for Hunter Industries more than a job. We want our employees to have a rewarding and fun experience.

Through our activity committees we plan and provide activities and events for our employees and their families. Many activities and events are usually scheduled around established holidays. 

Our on-site fitness center at our San Marcos headquarters is here to deliver an integrated program of total health and well being to Hunter Industries’ most valuable asset — its employees and their family members. Through wellness education, motivation and intervention programs we enable employees to adopt positive lifestyle habits resulting in a healthy, safe and productive work environment. For employees at our Fresno and Cary locations, we offer the opportunity to participate in an ongoing physical activity program at one of the many health and fitness centers in their local neighborhoods (the company will reimburse them for a portion of their membership).

Hunter Industries supports a Volunteer Committee, H2O (Hunter Helping Others) which for its excellence in community service, was awarded the prestigious 1998 JC Penney Golden Rule Award. The Committee’s responsibility is to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to participate in volunteer projects that help the community, in which they live and work. Volunteer projects range from the collections of specific items for local charities and nonprofit organizations, as well as hands-on projects within the community.
