FAQ: Programming Odd or Even Day WateringQ: How do I program Odd or Even Day Watering on my XC, SRC, Pro-C, or ICC controller? A: Odd or Even day watering schedules are available on the XC, SRC, Pro-C and ICC controllers. This feature allows you to schedule your irrigation to occur on odd or even days of the month. Many cities are regulating irrigation water usage by limiting the days that irrigation is permitted. For example, properties with even number addresses can water on even days and properties with odd number addresses can water on odd days. The Odd / Even watering feature is also useful if irrigation is desired every other day instead of selecting specific days of the week. The XC, Pro-C and ICC will also allow you to program non-water days. For example, if you mow the lawn on Saturday morning, you may not want the irrigation to come on that day. You can select even watering and Saturday as a non-water day. This way, the controller will water every even day but never on Saturday. Click on this link for Odd / Even watering day instructions. Months that end in an odd day, (29th or 31st) will not water on that day. This is because the next day would be the first and would otherwise water two days in a row. Programming the Odd / Even feature is different depending on which model controller you have.
