Swing Joints: For Quick, Leak-Free Sprinkler InstallationTrouble installing sprinklers to correct finish grade because the riser is not long enough? Pipes buried in shallow trenches and you'd like to retrofit to taller pop-ups? Difficulty raising sprinklers buried under inches of built-up thatch? Problems with broken risers when heavy equipment rolls over the top of them? If these scenarios hit home, then Hunter has the perfect solution. The Hunter SJ Swing Joint is uniformly pre-assembled to exacting specifications, making it far superior to anything a contractor might fashion together out of spare parts in the field. And, with a pressure rating to 150 psi, the Hunter SJ Swing Joint is also far superior to anything that the competition might have to offer. Available in three different versions, each has been specially crafted to suit your particular needs:
The standard models have four swivel ells for maximum versatility (install them leak free to virtually any configuration), while the retrofit version has a 13/16" hex nut for easy threading into horizontally-oriented fittings. Whether it's a retrofit or a new installation, all it takes is a simple twist of the wrist to install the Hunter SJ Swing Joint and adjust a hard-to-place sprinkler to its proper height and position. |
