Sean spent the early part of his career as a golf rotor engineer in the Hunter engineering department. He has been working directly in the field for well over a decade. Beyond his immense product knowledge, Sean is also well versed in course system management with several certifications to prove it.
As an Engineer, Sean always had an interest in how his products were used in the field. This is why he made the decision to become an FSM. His unique background allows him to listen to the needs of his customers, and translate those needs to the Hunter R&D department so they can produce innovative solutions to real problems.
Most Memorable Golf Project: TPC Harding Park
One of Sean’s most memorable experiences was when the American Express tournament was played at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, CA. He was able to work with the PGA staff to prepare the course for play, and learned a great deal about agronomy and the important role efficient irrigation provides in creating exceptional playing surfaces.

Dave has been working as an irrigation service tech since high school back in 1982, before computers and digital timers when hydraulic systems were all the rage. He has been working with golf courses since 1984 as a service tech for various distributors. He started at Hunter in early 2012, and brought with him an extensive wealth of product and industry knowledge.
Dave made the switch from distributor field tech to Hunter FSM because he wanted to be out in the field all time working in the sun, and getting wet. It was also an opportunity to provide his region’s golf courses with the products he felt would work best for their irrigation needs.
Most Memorable Golf Project: Southern Dunes
The greater Phoenix, AZ area has one of the richest collections of golf courses in the world. One of the best-kept secrets in the area is Southern Dunes, located in the small suburb of Maricopa. This course was a special project for Dave, because it was one of the first courses he worked with from conception to completion.
