Hunter Industries is a privately owned global company that provides high quality, efficient solutions for the irrigation, outdoor lighting, and custom molding industries. Our Board of Directors is comprised of 4 members of the Hunter family and 5 independent members. Serving our employees, our community, and our industries has been at our core since the company was founded over 30 years ago. Today, Ed’s grandson Greg Hunter is President of the company and Ed’s daughter Ann Hunter-Welborn chairs the Board of Directors. An executive leadership team oversees day-to-day operations ensuring high performance while maintaining our core values.

Corporate Social Responsibility Governance Structure
The CSR reporting Team and Hunter Sustainability Action Group (HSAG) were formed to ensure Hunter upholds its commitment to outstanding corporate citizenship. Hunter’s corporate social responsibility structure is below. Both the CSR reporting team and HSAG team report to the Leadership Team. HSAG develops suggestions for the Leadership Team to improve Hunter’s triple bottom line performance. Ann Hunter-Welborn is the CSR reporting champion and has been instrumental in building this report. Ann and our VP of Marketing sit on HSAG and help drive the sustainability agenda on the Leadership Team.
The CSR team is comprised of senior managers from across the company ensuring a broad system view for strategic reporting decisions. The team is responsible for determining report content and has been instrumental in shaping the report from indicator selection to stakeholder engagement. A team of data collectors provide the CSR team with accurate information from their areas of expertise.

Hunter Sustainability Action Group
To ensure we turn our commitment to citizenship into action, we formed the Hunter Sustainability Action Group, and charged its members with examining the Hunter business from top to bottom. The objective of the group is to create sustainability changes to make Hunter an even better organization for the environment and its employees. Current efforts focus on projects at our headquarters that encourage behavior changes that lead to cost reductions, environmental benefits, and employee engagement.
