What does USED mean on my Hunter ICC?

If a station is assigned a run time on Program A, B or C, then that station cannot be assigned to Program D. If this is attempted, the word USED will appear in the display. Likewise, a station with a run time on Program D cannot be assigned to Program A, B or C.
