Proper grounding of decoder systems is part of the installation that requires consideration. Properly grounded decoder systems perform very well even in high-lightning regions. Poor grounding often results in unnecessary equipment losses and irrigation down time.

Earth grounding rules for the I-Core decoder controllers are the same as for the conventional I-Core controllers. A large ground lug is provided for connection of bare copper wire to earth grounding hardware.

The stainless steel option on Hunter rotors offers mutliple benefits, here are a few:

Water enters the valve from the system main line and exerts a force against the center of the valve’s diaphragm. A small orifice in the diaphragm allows the water to flow through to the upper chamber between the diaphragm and the bonnet. The water continues to travel on through a port in the bonnet to the solenoid area. The solenoid has a light spring loaded metal piston that, when the valve is closed, covers the inlet port hole.

The I-90-ON is now compatible with Hunter PGP nozzles, the opposing nozzles and the mid and short range nozzles can now be outfitted with normal PGP nozzles.

Now that there are multiple options and configurations of nozzle pairings, each nozzle's precip rate will have to be taken into consideration. A total precip rate for all nozzles will no longer be accurate.

The SVC controller uses a numbered seven-day calendar to schedule the days to water. The display will show the days of the week as numbers 1–7.

When programming the current time and day, you can select a number to represent the current day of the week. The number can be changed to represent the user's preference. Many people think of Sunday as day 1 while others think of Monday as day 1. The day number can be set to whatever works best for you.

The WVP controller uses a numbered seven-day calendar to schedule the days to water. The display will show the days of the week as numbers 1–7.
