Distributor training program, specifically designed for employees looking to gain the needed skills to grow their careers and helping to further your business success. This new online training program will give employees all the tools they need to get ahead by becoming more knowledgeable in branch merchandising, product knowledge, and in providing excellent customer service.
The program consists of five online video courses that cover topics from keeping the branch looking good, knowing the products you sell, choosing a positive attitude, and establishing strong relationships with your customers.
