If a customer claims and purchases a subscription for an A2C-LTE device and no longer wants to have ownership of the device, there is the option to cancel the subscription. When a customer cancels a subscription, the plan status will change to CANCELING status until the end of the billing cycle.  The cellular service will remain active until the end of that cycle.  When the end of the cycle is reached, the plan status will change to DISABLED, and the Carrier status will change to DEACTIVATED.

The Controller and Service ownership belongs to the customer who claims the device. Claiming begins as soon as the controller and Zipit account is set up in the Centralus Software. This is a one-to-one relationship with one customer per device only. Once a device is claimed by a customer, no other customer can access it. Purchasing additional data and/or taking any other actions can only be done by the customer. In some cases, the ownership will need to be transferred to a new customer.

The WIRE TEST Feature will activate a 24 VAC-60 Hz frequency on all output modules and their two-wire paths, to allow wire tracking and fault finding with a standard AC current clamp meter. This is a common diagnostic technique to find shorts to earth ground. The AC current will drop sharply between two points on the wire path if a short circuit or fault to earth is between them. When troubleshooting is finished, press the soft key again to turn off the 60 Hz wire test mode.

The communication module connection to the ACC2 facepack changed, effective with a facepack manufacturing date code May 2022 and later. The new facepack now has a separate communication connection on the rear of the facepack. The 1st Generation units have the connection directly in the module slot on the bottom of the facepack.

Once the CELLKIT is installed in an ICC2 Controller and powered on, it is ready for connection to the internet. If you need to check on your CONNECTION STATUS or set up your own SIM configuration, download the free CELLKIT App from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the steps below.

NOTE: If using the Cellular (Hunter Provided Sim), the CELLKIT app is not required for any type of setup.

The word USED displayed on the Pro-C Controller represents a landscape lighting station that was assigned. Once a start time is assigned to program L1, it turns station 1 from an irrigation station to a lighting station (same for L2 and L3). As a result, when creating programs for irrigation A, B, or C, station 1 will show USED since L1 has been assigned a start time. All irrigation stations will be wired using the next available station(s). Learn more

The HYDRAULIC SUMMARY is a report of exactly how the controller hydraulics are set up at the moment. It shows the connections of all flow-related objects, from MainSafe zones (if applicable), Flow Zones, Flow Sensors, P/MVs, to individual stations.
