- Sensor wiring: 2 x direct burial, 0.75 mm2 or greater, colour-coded or marked for polarity, up to 300 m from the programming module
- Programmable start up delay: 0 to 300 seconds (allows for system hydraulics to stabilise and prevent false flow readings)
- Programmable interrupt period: 5 to 60 minutes (or option to reset manually)
- Warranty period: 5 years
User-Installed Options
- FCT fittings for 25 mm to 100 mm pipe diameters
Features
A ruptured pipe or broken sprinkler left undetected can result in substantial landscape damage. Plants and ground cover can be flooded, slopes can be eroded, and hundreds of litres of water can be wasted. The Flow-Clik Sensor is used to guard against these damages in the event of a rupture. It can be programmed at a specified level of flow and will shut down irrigation if a flow rate higher than the programmed limit is detected. Therefore, the amount of water loss and system damage is substantially reduced in the event of catastrophic high-flow scenarios.

Charts
Pipe Diameter | Operating range (l/min) | |
---|---|---|
Minimum | Suggested maximum* | |
25 mm | 23 | 64 |
40 mm | 50 | 132 |
50 mm | 76 | 208 |
80 mm | 150 | 450 |
100 mm | 225 | 750 |
* Good design practice dictates the maximum flow not to exceed 1.5 m/sec. Suggested maximum flow is based upon Class 200 IPS plastic pipe.
