Centralus ACC2- Schedule

The Schedule tab is the main irrigation programming for each controller in Centralus. When you open the Schedule tab, it displays an overview of the current irrigation settings (Start Times, Water Days, and Run Times).

To change or create irrigation programming, click the Edit button to unlock the settings.

Start Times

Each Start Time tells the controller when to begin watering a specific program. A program is usually a sequence of stations that will water one at a time, from the lowest numbered station to the highest.

The ICC2 has 8 start times per program. You can see how many start times are assigned in the Program Summary, as well as the duration of each Start Time and the total length of the program including all start times.

To add, edit, or delete start times, click the Edit button.

Change an existing start time by just clicking in the hours, minutes, or am/pm settings to choose another number. Note, ICC2 start times are set in 15-minute intervals.

Add a new start time by clicking in the drop-down box, and selecting another of the start times to edit.

Click the Enable button to allow setting of the start time.

The screens may look somewhat different, depending on the operating system of your mobile device, but just select the hours, minutes, and am/pm settings for the desired start time.

To delete a start time that is already enabled, select the start time, then click the Off button next to the time.

When edits are completed, click the Save button to save them in the software, and send them to the controller. Both functions happen at once. If you are near the controller when you click Save, you will see the lights on the communication module flicker because the software is communicating the edits to the controller immediately.

Note: The Start Times will re-order themselves after they are saved (the controller does the same thing). If you save a time in Start Time 2 that is earlier than Start Time 1, the next time you view the settings you will see that Start Time 1 has the earlier start, and Start Time 2 will have the later start.

If you skip a start time (for example, set times in 1, 2, and 4, but nothing for 3) Centralus and the controller will arrange them in chronological order, and move the time set for Start Time 4 to Start Time 3.

Water Days

Each program can have different types of water day schedules, and then have different settings with those types.

Programs can be set according to one of the following types:

Day of Week

Tell the controller what days of the week to water.

To change water days, click the Edit button. Then select the days you want to water, and unselect the days you don’t.

Click Save, and the new water days will be sent to the controller.

Interval Days

Tell the controller to water every xx days, regardless of the day of the week.

Interval Days also allows you to set how many days before the interval begins. You can set it to water every 3 days, but tell it to begin this pattern in 1 (or 2) days.

Non-Water days are forbidden days of the week to irrigate. You can set the controller to water every 3 days, but not if this pattern falls on a Thursday, in the example.

Don’t Water On... allows you to specify that the controller will water on interval days, but not if the interval falls on an Even or Odd date of the month.

Click Save, and the new water days will be sent to the controller.

Even/Odd Days

Tell the controller to only water on Even or Odd dates. This is required by some municipalities to conform to watering restrictions, usually based on the street address.

Even or Odd date settings may also have Non-Water Days. In the example, the controller will water on Even dates, but never on Wednesday.

Click Save, and the new water days will be sent to the controller.

Run Times

The stations are the individual outputs to the valves, or zones, in the system. The run time determines how long the station will water.

Click Edit to change, add, or delete the station run times.

The adjustment screens may look somewhat different, depending on the operating system of your mobile device, but just select the hours and/or minutes for the desired run time.

To remove a run time (and therefore the station) from a program, just change the settings back to 0 hours and 0 minutes. The station will be skipped.

Click Save, and the new run times will be sent to the controller.
